Canary Squares

Canary Squares www.canarysquares.co.uk is new and unique in the world of football. Developed here in Norfolk for Norwich City Football club it comes in 3 parts:


1. SquareTALK – a social network like no other it has taken the Carrow Road pitch and divided it into 9163 square yards. Each can be claimed FREE by a fan. They can then log into their square and send Squawks (posts) to the square from a mobile phone or their PC. When you register you enter your mobile number and it gets tagged to that square number.

Each square can hold thousands of pictures and messages. The site is uses the latest PUSH technology so when a Squawk is sent it appears to anyone looking at the page instantly.

Go to www.canarysquares.co.uk on your iPhone or smartphone and you see a special mobile version. The club sends its official club messages to the centre spot. There are celebrities that post on there as well including Stephen Fry and former players.

If you register before 27th December your square gets included free in Norwich City Football Clubs new official on-line lottery to win £1000.

You can click on each square and enlarge the images. Keep your online Norwich City photos where other supporters can see them. Follow clebs and keep up with club news on the club tab. See exclusive content.

2. SquareBET – on this tab you can see the same pitch but squares that are owned or bet on are greyed out. To place a bet for £1 just sign in and buy some credits. Click the squares you want to win one bet per square. At half time during a home game a virtual ball runs round the pitch covering every square.

When the whistle blows the ball stops and the winner is announced over the tannoy and on the score board. £1000 is first prize and second prize is a club shirt signed by a player of your choice.

3. SquareOWN – on this tab just click a square you want and pay £15 to own it for the rest of the season. You get a great supporters pack including a photo taken from your square, a certificate and letter from Paul Lambert as well as an aerial view of the ground showing your square. A really great gift for any fan.

You are also entered for the rest of the season into the lottery so if the ball lands on your Square you win the £1000. Also if a goal is scored from your square you get a signed photo of the player scoring the goal – free.
