Commitment to charity

As part of the Independent Norwich City Supporters Clubs' continuing development as a socially based organisation we have decided that we will adopt two Norfolk based charities each year with effect from 2012. Following the committee meeting on 18th January it has been announced that the charities for this year will be the East Anglain Childrens Hospice and the Darren Huckerby Trust.

The intention is that these charities will be supported through the efforts of the committee and any members who wish to take part. In fact, we already have one committee member who has agreed to run the Cambridge Half Marathon on 11th March , one who will run the North Norfolk half marathon in May and also one who will be running the King’s Lynn 10K, also in May.

Sponsorship details will be posted on the site in due course. Hopefully these events will raise significant sponsorship for the charities and other events will be added during the year, whilst information on the charities will be published on here the the Independent Norwich City Supporters Clubs website.
