Roy Blower (President)

Born in Norfolk and started watching the Canaries in 1948 being taken by his father to his first match.

Roy started working for the supporters club in 1955 selling 'On the Ball' tickets. Since then he became Supporters Forum Co-ordinator between the years of

1988 and 1994 and chairman of NCISA from its formation in 1995 until he became Lord Mayor of Norwich in 2007. In February 2008 he was elected to the

new post of President in recognition of his service to NCISA and Norwich City.

He is a firm believer in representing supporters interests at all levels. He is a season ticket holder in the old South Stand and his main interests outside football

are cricket and table tennis.

John Tilson (Chairman)

John is the former landlord of the Cottage PH on Silver Rd, Norwich, where the association was formed in 1995. He served in the police force for 25 years

and was the Football Intelligence Officer for Norwich City 1985-1992.

He is now a season ticket holder in 'The City Stand right behind the home dug out, a shareholder and member of the Supporters Consultative Group (SCG).

He was the treasurer of NCISA on its formation, and is now Chairman.

A regular away traveller, John has seen City play at over 80 league grounds plus Europe, Wembley and Cardiff during his 45 year association with the Canaries.

Kathy Blake (Secretary)

Norfolk born and bred. Kathy was introduced to City by her grandfather and mother and attended her first match in 1965 and was hooked.

She joined NCISA during the dark days of the Chase regime and feels NCISA played an important role in the changes that occurred around that time.

Kathy took over as secretary of NCISA from Keith Spanton in 2002.

Kathy has sat in the Snakepit from August 2008 after previously sitting in the River End and has two children both of whom are season ticket holders.

Her other interests include cricket and hiking.

Clare Williamson (Treasurer)

Clare was born in Cambridgeshire and lived in Suffolk for 25 years until moving to Norfolk in 2000. Although living on the 'other side' she has supported

Norwich all of her life and has a season ticket in the City Stand with her Dad for the past ten years.

Clare joined NCISA in October 2004, and feels that it has an important role to play for NCFC supporters.

Her other love is horse riding, where she is a qualified show jumping judge and owns her own horse.

John Wilkinson

Norfolk born and therefore a Canary supporter from when he first kicked a football. After moving away for many years he had to watch City's away visits to

London but after moving back to Norfolk he has been a season ticket holder for 25 years and in recent years a shareholder.

John says NCISA helps to bring a greater understanding between supporters and NCFC as well as providing substantial funding for the football club.
